MAGMATEC started its journey in 2016. We have started in Financial Services and quickly evolved into Technology, Health Care and Life Sciences. Today we work across various industries. Our clients range from small and medium sized companies to listed companies, family-owned companies and publicly owned companies. The main client base is in Europe and we can source talents from all over the world.

On top of that, we embraced technology and created an engine to support companies in building company specific talent pools and databases. This way a company is able to hire via references of its own employees. No job ads or headhunters are needed. Hence, the costs per hire and time per hire are much lower. We still work as headhunters but with a clear objective: we want to make ourselves obsolete.
